• This program addresses the current shortage of childcare and tutoring services, as well as the lack of transportation support, which limits low-income parents from participating in the workforce. It helps participating children to improve academic abilities, develop diverse talents, and strengthen social, self-care, and self-discipline skills. The program also help expand the children’s social networks.
